The Midnight Suns fastpitch softball program began in 1995, with the vision of increasing the ability of the players in Juneau and Southeast Alaska so that they could compete on a statewide and regional basis. The program has proved very succesful, with many of the players who have participated in the Suns program going on to receive scholarships and play collegiately at both the junior college and 4-year college level.
The list of players below was compiled recently to pay tribute to the Suns alumni that have played beyond the high school level.
